From 215 Freeway - Get off on Aliante Parkway exit and head South (away from Aliante Station Casino). Proceed approximately 2 miles on Aliante Parkway. When you get to Ann Road take a right and you will see the hospital on the right hand side at 3110 W. Ann Road.
From 95 Freeway - Get off on Ann Road exit and proceed East approximately 5 miles until you get to 3110 W. Ann Road.
From 15 Freeway - Get off on Craig Road exit and proceed West approximately 5 miles on Craig Road until you get to Simmons Road. Take a right on Simmons. Continue two miles until you get to Ann Road. Make a left on Ann Road and the hospital is on your right hand side.
