C. John Bullard, DVM

Dr. Bullard was born and raised in Nassau, Bahamas. He first decided to go into the veterinary field as a child, after the loss of a favorite pet. He graduated from Tuskegee University in Alabama, where he earned his degree in Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine. His special interest within the field is in soft tissue and orthopedic surgery. He has been lead doctor at Ann Road Hospital since it first opened its doors in September 2005. 

Ismael Betancourt, DVM

Dr. Betancourt was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He then moved to the United States to pursue his passion for animals. He attended Tuskegee University where he completed his studies in Veterinary Medicine in the year 2016. Dr. Betancourt's passion for animals came at the young age of 5, where he had a variety of animals throughout the years. Dr. Betancourt currently owns two dogs. Nala a miniature schnauzer and Bruno a mix breed. Dr. Betancourt enjoys playing pool, swimming, and cooking in his free time. 

Davon Carolina, DVM

Dr. Carolina was born in Philadelphia and raised in Freeport,  Bahamas. He later moved to Alabama where he completed his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at Tuskegee University.  From a young age, Dr. Carolina developed a love for dogs and to this day he still considers them his favorite animal.  He has two dogs of his own, Ammo who is the sweetest Pitbull EVER and Rufus a Goldendoodle who is his forever puppy.

In his free time, he loves to watch movies, travel, explore Las Vegas and take his four-legged friends on adventures.
Dr. Carolina passion for animals continues to grow from day to day and will continue to live his life trying to help as many families as he can.

Amanda Ford, DVM

Dr. Ford grew up in southern California and attended University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Ford has a dog named Frankie. In her spare time she enjoys running and snowboarding.

Courtney Williams, DMV

Home Town: Pamona, CA
Undergrad: Cal Poly Pamona
Veterinary School: Tuskegee University 2018

Dr. Williams enjoy hiking, socializing and seeing her family, and she loves watching comedy and sci-fi films. She has two cats (Garbage and Kitten) and is interested in all fields of veterinary medicine. 

Caroline Vigo, DVM

Dr. Caroline Vigo is originally from Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. She received her B.S. in Animal Science from Colorado State University, Fort Collins in 2014. She went on to earn her DVM from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, St. Kitts & Nevis in 2017.

While completing her clinical year at LSU, Dr. Vigo took a special interest in surgical procedures, internal medicine and dentistry.

When she is not working at Ann Road Animal Hospital, she likes to go to the beach, travel to new places, spend time with family & friends and most importantly spend time with her two Morkie dogs named Beards and Mustache. 

Camille Martinez, DVM

Dr. Camille Martinez Flores was born and raised in the beautiful Caribbean island of Puerto Rico. She finished her Pre Veterinary Degree at the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez and worked as a Veterinary Assistant at Veterinary Clinic Diaz-Umpierre before pursuing her passion of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Martinez attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine where she had the opportunity to travel to Guatemala to provide veterinary assistance and help control animal overpopulation in communities over Central America.  She did her clinical year at Louisiana State University and received her veterinary degree from RUSVM. Dr. Martinez currently owns two cats, Nala and Fito. Also important to note, Dr. Martinez is a great fit for our Spanish speaking clients!
